A commercial lease is a legally binding agreement between and landlord and tenant to lease a property for business purposes. It outlines the terms and conditions of the lease, including rent, lease duration, permitted use of the property, and maintenance responsibilities.

We are experienced in advising both landlords and tenant on their rights and obligations under commercial leases and preparing the required documentation, including Disclosure Statements.

Probate & Deceased Estates
Probate is a legal process that confirms the validity of a will and appoints an Executor to administer a deceased person's estate.
A grant of representation is issued by the Supreme Court of Victoria, either as probate if there's a Will or letters of administration if there is no Will. This grant gives the Executor or Administrator the legal authority to manage the estate, pay debts, and distribute assets according to the Will or legislation.
It can be a difficult and emotional time for the Executors or Administrators and the beneficiaries entitled to a share in the estate. We work closely with Executors and Administrators to guide them through the process and manage issues, such as challenges from third parties, as they arise.
