Simon is an experienced Commercial Lawyer, Corporate Executive and General Counsel.

Simon started working in the Macedon Ranges area in 2006 relocating from an inner-city law firm.

From 2007 to 2021, Simon worked exclusively for a major not-for-profit organisation advising on a wide range of commercial and property law matters, facilities and infrastructure, business strategy and corporate governance, before returning to general practice in 2021.

Simon’s experience is significant in the fields of commercial and business law, commercial negotiation, property law, stadiums and infrastructure, government relations, strategy, sponsorship, labor relations, risk and compliance and corporate governance.

Since returning to general practice in 2021, Simon advises on Business Sale and Purchase Contracts, Commercial Leasing, Shareholder’s Agreements and Trust Deeds, Probate Applications and Estate Administration, Wills and Power of Attorney’s (medical and financial) and Financial Agreements with couples prior to, during and post separation.
